Simply put,
an effective social enterprise
uses resources
(humans,materials and money)
to address the company goals.
It cannot simultaneously create problems within the organization by causing a sense of injustice among the employees and membership base.
Communication must be considered valuable.
The employees and membership base must present themselves available for communication.
Lack of communication is an immature business strategy.
...In addition, the employees and membership base should not be pit against one another.
It is a loser's strategy for business.
It always back-fires.
